I began my real estate career in Nashville in 1993, selling $9 million dollars of new construction homes my first year, for a custom home builder, Barry Zeitlin. Years later, I worked for several other home builders establishing a strong construction background, which set me apart from most realtors. I then moved my license to Re/Max Elite in Brentwood, and successfully represented Buyers and Sellers for over ten years, averaging over $10 million dollars in sales per year. This January of 2008, I opened my own firm with a Broker - PRO ONE GROUP and manage and train three fantastic Buyer Agents. I enjoy having more liberties with my clients yet still provide the same high standard of customer service.

I always tell my clients, in a competitive market, it is very important to have our "ducks in a row". The first step is to talk with a mortgage lender and get pre-qualified.  This process is quite painless and can take place as fast as five minutes over the phone. A "pre-approval" letter helps tremendously in the negotiating process with a Seller, showing due dilligence and qualification. Having been in the real estate business for 14 years, I truly know the best, most competitive and customer-oriented lenders to refer to you. This also applies to home inspectors and title companies. Furthermore, I am there every step of the way from the first step of viewing a property to the last step of handing you the keys!
